Clean room, friendly staff. love the Ihop and TGIF attached and the pools/hot tubs. beds were a little hard but a good room overall. The staff was awesome and attentive. love the airport shuttle service and the buffet was good too.
Will definitely stay here again. Had two pols and two hot tubs… a little too much chlorine if I had any complaints. Ery kind people helping us.
Despite my name being the only name on the room, They allowed the other people to stay.

Charged extra for credit card Had orther charges, crertedit ,ok but why the extra effert.
Stay here every time I fly out. Staff are great!
Swimming area was to busy.theu put us in a handicap room which Imade the change us.
I have always liked Country Inn and Suites and willing to pay a little higher price, but the room lacked for cleanliness. The bathroom floors had hair on the floor. The floor by the window was freezing.
Perfect place, rooms, staff, breakfast, location, all worth it. Loved everything about the stay. Great weekend for a family getaway.

Room was extremely clean. Staff were pleasant. A nice place to stay.
Close to the Mall. Was there for a Vikings game so it was a nice walk to the train.
Hotel Staff was amazing especially Pierre. However, I booked the room with a $210 per night. Stayed for two nights which is $420. After taxes and fees my bill was $632! That is completely insane.
A very nice hotel, clean, loved having two hot tubs and two pools, nice rooms, good breakfast and so convenient to Mall of America and restaurants, would stay again.
