I chose this hotel because it was so close to airport. Nice room, comfy bed, good breakfast(starting at 5:30 which is a good match for early west coast flights) UNFORTUNATELY, when I called for the shuttle and went immediately to the meeting point one minute away. All other hotel and parking shuttles came and went; no Hampton Inn. Second call after 35 minutes; shuttle arrives after 50. But worst was arrival when desk receptionist at first tried to blame me for not calling or going to the wrong place. When we established that neither had happened, he blamed another employee. Never could quite get to that all important apology or acceptance of responsibility—a simple thing, but a very big gap in my opinion.
