The DoubleTree by Hilton Charlotte Airport offers a bar/lounge, parking, an elevator, a gym, an airport shuttle, a pool, a restaurant, a spa, WiFi/Internet, laundry facilities, non-smoking rooms, breakfast, air conditioning, a 24/7 front desk, a business center, meeting rooms, and an electric car charging station.
On 7/9/25 my connecting flight from Charlotte to JFK in NY was cancelled due to weather. The airline would not provide a room. I frantically went on Google searching for a hotel that had airport shuttle service and this hotel popped up. It was comparable in price to other hotels but a lot of those did not have shuttles. It was quick and easy to call to get a room for the night.
We appreciated the proximity to the airport with pick up shuttle. At check-in we received a warm cookie. The room was comfortable.
People were so friendly at the desk, handing us warm cookies and our 8:00 p.m. driver was so nice and pleasant. Even our hotel restaurant waiter was so courteous!
Had great service, everyone was friendly and very helpful. The food was great.

I could not believe you charged 18 dollars for breakfast. I was there for two nights, never got a cup of coffee had to go to gas station. will not be back.
