Stayed one night, used park and fly, every staff member from desk to bar and restaurant, friendly and helpful. Hotel clean and well maintained.
On 7/9/25 my connecting flight from Charlotte to JFK in NY was cancelled due to weather. The airline would not provide a room. I frantically went on Google searching for a hotel that had airport shuttle service and this hotel popped up. It was comparable in price to other hotels but a lot of those did not have shuttles. It was quick and easy to call to get a room for the night.
We appreciated the proximity to the airport with pick up shuttle. At check-in we received a warm cookie. The room was comfortable.

People were so friendly at the desk, handing us warm cookies and our 8:00 p.m. driver was so nice and pleasant. Even our hotel restaurant waiter was so courteous!
