The desk workers and cleaners were friendly and helpful when we had questions. The room furniture wasn’t fancy but everything worked. The refrigerator and microwave helped us save on meal expenses. The location, between two traffic lights, helped us get out on the parkway whichever direction we had to go. After I got home and thought I’d lost something, another helpful employee took the info kindly.

The Econo Lodge Riverside hotel in Pigeon Forge, TN provides 100% smoke-free, clean, deluxe accommodations near all of the Pigeon Forge attractions. We are located on the Parkway in the middle of everywhere you want to go! When you stay with us be prepared for relaxation amidst the excitement Pigeon Forge has to offer! The Econo Lodge Riverside is a smoke-free hotel! Our hotel has beautifully decorated rooms with a choice of bed types (king, queen, bunk beds), room options (Jacuzzis), and amenities such as free high speed wireless Internet, free continental deluxe breakfast, and free local calls. Every room in our hotel has a microwave, refrigerator, premium cable TV, iron and ironing board, coffee maker, and hairdryer! All the conveniences of home, but with maid service! We also have handicapped equipped rooms so all of our guests may be comfortable. We are within walking distance to several attractions, malls, restaurants, and theaters. We also have a heated indoor pool! And with our unique park-like grounds fronting the Little Pigeon River, there are plenty of opportunities to put everything in perspective. Imagine having a picnic just steps from your room on the banks of the Little Pigeon River, and with views of the Smokies! Our friendly ducks always say "Hi, Neighbor" and they love to be fed! You may trout fish right from our banks, as well!
