Romana who works at the 1823 restaurant is an absolute joy to be around. She is very attentive to everyone and has an excellent attitude every time we see her. She is one of the reasons my husband and I return every year. Jason who valets, Bill who also works at the 1823 restaurant. They are all a pleasure to be around, they remember your name and are always willing to go the extra mile for whatever you need. They should be treasured as loyal employees.
As a local, I needed lodging for one night. Knowing that the Grand Hyatt was located in a perfect get away setting with much natural beauty perfect for walking, plus two good restaurants on site, my stay was worth the price. I would make the same choice again.
