The first night our room #320 was not very clean. Carpet was stained and bed was very uncomfortable. The toilet was very low and difficult for me because I had a knee replacement. In the morning we went to the front desk and staff was very apologetic and changed our room. That second room was a lot better but still very difficult finding an ice machine. I forgot my pillow and called the next day and the cleaning staff sent it to the list and found. I was very appreciative of that because I had my rosary in it. Luckily we were not too far away and my husband was able to get it for me. Overall I give the staff a ten star and the rooms a six or seven, for how expensive the rooms are I would expected things to be nicer.
We were disappointed by being put in a very tight small room upon arrival and requested a larger room from Aaron at the front desk, thank you Aaron!
Beautiful bay views. Clean. Friendly staff. Perfect location. Historical property. Loved the stay.

Was not historical as advertised Taken advantage of on rate for room. Did not know we were placed in a pet friendly section. Dogs were barking and discomforting.
Have stayed at the Park Place Hotel many times over many years. Good location and good accommodations.
Very nice 1st class hotel. Ample parking, Minerva’s has amazing food options and walking downtown is always an interesting experience.
