Every person we came in contact with was professional and courteous. They were also very helpful with directions to the area attractions.

I enjoyed my stay, originally the room was double bed but front desk kindly upgraded us to a king size bed for our night stay!

Everyone was very friendly welcoming with the aloha saying and the front desk was very informative on where we could find the city bus so we could discover Honolulu and Waikiki.

The hotel is conveniently located near the Airport. The hotel is dated but clean. The beds are decent.
Close to airport,good for short stay if flight gets cancelled.

The restaurant food was amazing! The pool and outdoor area spectacular. The friendliness of the staff was welcoming.
Convenient, Clean and Comfortable for medical overnight stay. Super impressed with your poolside restaurant (Taco Tuesday) and Wednesday night band ("The Groove"). The young woman at your front desk that helped us both nights was incredibly helpful and accommodating.
