Large nice clean rooms with great bathrooms and showers. Mattresses were very comfortable. Hotel restaurant was marginal for breakfast but OK. The pool and beach areas are spectacular. Lobby is great amenities are nice.
I was very satisfied with my stay at Hilton. Staff was professional and helpful. Room was clean and comfortable.
From the time I called last minute to book accommodations, everything was wonderful. The staff were friendly and helpful. I highly recommend this Hilton.
The Valee staff especially Arthur always takes excellent care of my wife and me.

This is our second time staying at the resort. Pleased with the food. Service was very good.

Commacation very bad! TV system very bad! Heat and A/C screwed up.
No hot water the entire stay.

Most of staff and housekeeping was wonderful.They helped with every situation to our satisfaction.The staff for the Conference Room could not be found to take our the trash when it became full.Had to go to front desk often to get help.As for the Resort fees,after it snowed ,the snow snow was never cleared from walk ways or around jacuzzi or pool area so walking around or using Jacuzzi was not an option.The heating was random and I had to turn on and run the hot water for minutes before it was warm enough to get a shower.Will not be recommending or visiting your property for the near future.
Heat in room had to be fixed twice and then had to change rooms.
Great room and view. Bartender (female) was fabulous as well as the cleaning lady on floor four.
Beautiful property, awesome staff! It was a perfect stay and I felt like I was a princess! It was Christmas and my birthday all in one! Just the best! I will be back! And the Spa33...amazing! Get the full treatment it is worth every penny of my hard earned money! Kay and Les.
Stayed three days especially liked the shuttle service and the valet parking. Restaurant food and service was excellent.
