Bad service and poor management.
I made reservations online and prepaid for my room..I was told the room was not paid for and I needed to pay again..I had to search my email and find my receipt as proof that the room was pay for in advance..the was issue number #1 I recievws no Apology for the lady at the desk trying to charge me a second time..it was my daughter's birthday the kids just wanted to swim..at least they had a good time with that..we ordered pizza..and that night my daughter and I thought we felt something crawling on us..we saw a ant..ok just one ant..we woke up ant were everywhere..all in our left over pizza the kods were going to eat..in the bed with us..all over the cups we had next to the bed..we immediately informed the front desk..and it's the same rude lady from the day before..she said she would sent someone up..they Never came..so we packed up to leave the room..no one wants to share a room with bugs! My daughter and friends were in the pool again..so I informed the lady at the front desk of the situation..asked to speak to a managers who she was not in and gave me her name and email..so at this time it's 10:30ish..I inform the rude lady at the front desk we would be checking out after the girls get out the pool..meanwhile we sit in the pool area and wait for the kids because we didn't want to go back in the room infested with ants..the girls get out the pool at 11am..checkout is 12pm..they go to gather their things..the rude lady calls the room to asked when we would be checking out! The Audacity! We left the hotel right away! Do Not Book Here unless you like sharing a space with ants and rude people!
