The front desk service was great. The room was clean and the Air Conditioning unit worked fine. The breakfast was tasty with lots of variety.
We had a short stay less than 12 hours. Our flight was cancelled. Hotel was very clean and bed very comfortable. Person at front desk for check in was very nice and they had a shuttle to the airport every 1/2 and he signed us up for pickup the time we needed. The Uber was $14 from airport to hotel the shuttle was helpful and it was there right on time.
I thought the room was clean and the bed was comfortable. The air conditioning worked, but I couldn’t open the window for any fresh air. The front desk staff was very nice and I had a good check in.
Phone charger and electrical outlets would not hold plugs. Bathroom door was barn style and would not stay closed. Could not lock or even shut bathroom door. Had to walk all the way back to car in parking garage after checking in and bringing in luggage, to put the card that I had to purchase to park. Will not stay there again.

My wife had a scheduled exam on Monday and we stayed Sunday night. The price was affordable and the stay was very nice.
Customer service is not their concern. It about profit. things happen in the life of a consumer. I would never book here afain.
