Property Description

Our hotel has just completed a 5 million dollar renovation in 2018. The entire building is brand new, interior and exterior, from top to bottom. Conveniently located right off of the I-5 freeway in Federal Way, WA our hotel is conveniently located amidst hundreds of shops and restaurants. Featuring a brand new open and spacious, modern lobby and all new rooms with all new furniture. Wake up on the bright side each morning to a full, hot breakfast buffet featuring all your favorites. Sit down and grab a drink while you unwind from your day in our full bar. We look forward to having you!

The hotel uses cleaning and disinfecting protocols to clean rooms after guests depart and before the next guest arrives, with attention paid to high-touch items.Ozone machines are placed into the rooms to deodorize, disinfect, kill, or remove dangerous or irritating airborne particles in indoor environments.A request that housekeepers do not enter a guest room during a stay unless asked to by a guest, or otherwise adhere to established safety protocols.Rooms are cleaned immediately after check out and when possible, left to sit with an Ozone machine 24 hours prior to renting a room to the next guest.The hotel has increased the frequency of cleaning and disinfecting in public spaces, with a focus on the counter at the front desk, elevators and elevator buttons, door handles, public bathrooms and even room keys.
