I recently had foot surgery and Leo helped me rent a scooter and have it delivered to the hotel, Leo also helped my daughter and I get to our room. Pricilla at the front desk was also so kind and helped us with everything we needed.
This was our second stay and it was as enjoyable as the first. We plan to make this hotel out place to stay when visiting the Disneyland resort.
The hotel staff is very courteous and helpful! They will make sure you have everything you need with a smile on their face. Check in was super easy and they even helped us out with early check in when we arrived before our time. It's right across Disney park and lots of restaurants near by. I would stay here again and highly recommend it based off the staff, location and the rooms.
The front desk staff are awesome, friendly knowledgeable. The hotel grounds are beautiful. Everything is clean. The food is very good at the press. The only one thing I could say is that housekeeping is lacking. They did not clean our room when I asked and when they did clean the room, they didn’t clean it thoroughly Meaning the bathroom in particular the tub and toilet were not clean properly.

Very nice and helpful staff. Clean rooms close to Disneyland.
The hotel was clean, the pool is nice and there is a really nice play/rest area for the kids to run around and get their zoomies out. Also, staff was very nice and there is a bar.
The hotel is in a wonderful location for visitors to Disneyland. The staff is pleasant and the property is well laid out. The room assigned to me was clean. I had a nice stay.
