On the positive side, the hotel is very conveniently located. The front desk staff can be very pleasant and helpful. The breakfast served is very good, especially considering that this is hotel breakfast buffet. The pool appears to very nice, though we did not use it.
On the negative side, hotel parking spots are snug - too snug. The evening front desk folks can be slow to show up at the check-in counter, which is not good when you have been driving all day. As others have noted previously, the hotel is tired, worn, and not well maintained. Of particular note, the very noisy bathroom fan in our room illustrates the lack of maintenance. We stayed in this hotel on two different nights; first night on the second floor and second night on the fourth floor. The first night, the bathroom (shower) fan sounded like an old Evinrude boat motor - extremely loud and annoying. When I mentioned this to the front desk in the morning, I was given a “song and dance” about them knowing about this problem, but would not be able to address this until the hotel is renovated in the future. This explanation failed completely after we came back five later and stayed in a different room. Well, the bathroom fan was not very loud. So here is the bottom line: If the maintenance crew would take the fan covers off, they would find that cleaning, adjusting, and lubricating the fan motor would make 80-90% fans operate more quietly. The others should be replaced.

We are so sorry that we fell short of your expectations in response to a loud bathroom fan! That would not make for a quiet and comfortable stay. The appropriate team members will address your concerns and rectify the fan's to ensure they are not interfering with a guest stay.

Staff was great, friendly and very helpful. Breakfast could use more fresh fruit, maybe grapefruit sections. Quite location, McDonalds and Convenience store in walking distance.

My husband and I and 4 other couples stayed here for a weddin last weekend. The staff is the greatest part of this hotel- friendly and attentive! The lobby and dining/seating areas are great, and breakfast was very good each morning. The rooms are a very different story. We stayed 4 nights, and our sheets were never changed, the bathroom was minimally cleaned, and the mirrors were never cleaned. It seems as if housekeeping merely picked up dirty towels and dropped off clean ones. The fan in the bathroom screeched loudly everytime it was turned on, and the overhead light on the bathroom ceiling flickered. The globe was stained and brown. Furniture is old and dated, and the room was so dark, I couldn't turn enough lights on to see how clean anything else was. I went out and bought a room deodorizer because of the musty smell. This room needs a serious update, as I imagine most of them do. I was glad to leave this hotel despite the wonderful customer service.
