Hotel facility is very nice, room and bed was comfortable and room was clean. The only flaw was the staff. Shuttle driver was unhelpful a passenger kindly loaded all the luggage. I encountered the day desk staff three times… the morning person was hospitable while the night receptionist never smiled, appeared bored and annoyed when I asked what direction I should take to find my room. It was apparent that she would prefer to continue talking to another girl (possibly a coworker). Also, her attire and appearance was not professional. Surprising for Hyatt hospitality staff standards.
